Getting verified through Prep Softball and NSID is quick and user-friendly. Here’s how it works:

1. Start the Process: Click “Get Verified” on your Prep Softball profile.
2. Account Creation: NSID automatically creates parent and child accounts.
3. Set Up Your Login: You’ll receive an email to set your password and access your NSID dashboard.
4. Complete Four Steps: Follow the guided verification process directly through your account.

Didn’t receive the setup email? No worries—simply reset your password directly on the NSID website to continue.

Documents You’ll Need

To verify your athlete’s identity and eligibility, you’ll be asked to upload:

• A clear headshot photo
• Proof of age (birth certificate, passport, or state ID)
• A school document showing the student’s name, grade, and school year
